Privacy Policy

Who we are

DEMOLISH is made by Infinite App Works Ltd (“Infinite App Works”, “we”, “us”). Our postal address is in the Contact section below. If you have any question about this policy or your privacy, email us at privacy@infiniteappworks.com.

Information stored on your device

To remember your game, DEMOLISH saves a small amount of information in its private storage on your device:

• Game progress: levels completed, stars, best results, your in-game company bank balance, tools and upgrades bought with in-game money, daily challenge scores and total play time.
• Settings: sound and music volume, screen shake, haptic feedback, colorblind mode, language and graphics quality.
• Items kept for an optional online leaderboard that is switched off in this version: a player name (by default “Demolisher”) and possibly a randomly generated player number. Neither ever leaves your device.
• Sound effects that the game creates on first launch, kept so that it starts faster.

This information stays on your device, in storage that other apps cannot normally read. It is not sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.

Information we do not collect

DEMOLISH does not collect or ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, videos or other files, your location, your advertising ID or other device identifiers. It does not record how you use the game and does not send crash reports.

No ads, no analytics, no purchases

This version of DEMOLISH contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no in-app purchases. We do not share or sell information to advertisers, data brokers or anyone else.

Internet and links

DEMOLISH does not request Android’s internet permission and does not connect to the internet.

Some buttons in Settings ask your device to open another app: Contact opens your email app, and Privacy Policy may open the online copy of this policy in your web browser. What you do in those apps is covered by their own privacy policies.

Permissions

DEMOLISH requests one Android permission:

• Vibration (android.permission.VIBRATE), for short haptic feedback during play. You can switch it off in Settings > Haptic Feedback. It gives the game no access to your information.

DEMOLISH does not ask for access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or phone.

Google Play

You install DEMOLISH through Google Play, which Google operates under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you have chosen to share usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google may give us aggregated crash and performance statistics about the app, for example how often it crashes on a certain phone model. These statistics do not include your name, email address or other contact details.

Children

DEMOLISH is not directed at children under 13. The game does not collect personal information from anyone, of any age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your save data stays on your device until you remove it. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling DEMOLISH, or by clearing its storage in Android Settings (Apps > DEMOLISH > Storage > Clear storage; the wording varies by device). This permanently resets your progress.

DEMOLISH switches off Android’s cloud backup, so your save is not uploaded to your Google account backup. If you move to a new phone with a direct device-to-device transfer, Android may copy the game’s data straight from your old phone to the new one; that transfer does not go through us.

Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your email with anyone. We delete our correspondence with you when you ask us to, or once it is no longer needed to help you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data-protection laws (for example the EU or UK GDPR, or California privacy law), such as the right to access or delete personal information held about you. Because DEMOLISH keeps your game data only on your device, we hold no personal information about you unless you email us. To make a request, contact privacy@infiniteappworks.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how DEMOLISH handles information (for example, if a future version adds online features), we will update this policy and its effective date before that version is released, and explain significant changes in the app or on its Google Play page.
